Layer Pads

Layer pads are perfect for segregation of products on pallet or inside cartons. Range of layer pad we supply includes corrugated paper layer pads & polypropylene layer pads. Corrugated paper layer pads can be produced in different thickness namely single-wall, double-wall and triple wall. It can be die cut as foldable sheet to use as protection sheet in packaging too such as for packing of bottles, molds, etc.   Polypropylene layer pads, on the other hand, are lightweight, rigid, durable and recyclable sheets. Layer pads are available made of single-, double- and triple-wall corrugated board, corrugated PP plastic, and chipboard. Use these durable pads between pallet layers or between stacked product layers within cartons to disburse weight loads. Layer pads can also be inserted vertically between items to reduce damage during transport. Larger pads can also be used to protect flooring and walls from wear and damage. These pads can be cut with a standard utility knife for a custom fit. Material: Chipboard, also known as paperboard, is typically made from recycled paper that is processed and formed into layers that are adhered together. The resulting sheets are available in various thicknesses and can be used for crafts, as envelope stiffeners, to protect shipping layers in cartons and more. In addition to padding, this single-ply board is often used to make apparel and gift boxes.
